扶正补虚方联合西药治疗肺癌随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察扶正补虚方联合西药治疗肺癌疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按住院病志号法简单随机分为两组。对照组35例常规化疗:PC治疗方案,化疗前一晚22点和当日凌晨4点地塞米松0.75mg+0.09%生理盐水250m L,静滴,后紫杉醇和卡铂化疗。治疗组35例扶正补虚方(党参、茯苓、山药、熟地黄各20g,黄芪40g,当归,白芍,半夏,阿胶烊化各15g,女贞子、川贝母、枸杞子、甘草、石斛、补骨脂、沙参、生地黄、麦冬各10g,白术、陈皮各12g,肉桂3g;纳差加麦芽,神曲;肠燥加郁李仁,火麻仁),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服;化疗治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、呕吐、骨髓抑制、骨髓白细胞、骨髓血小板、不良反应。连续治疗5疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈13例,显效13例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率91.43%。对照组痊愈6例,显效10例,有效13例,无效6例,总有效率82.86%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。生存质量评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]扶正补虚方联合西药治疗肺癌效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the righting tonic parties combined western medicine lung cancer. [Method] random parallel control method, 70 cases of hospitalized patients by inpatient Chi Law No. simple randomized into two groups. A control group of 35 patients with conventional chemotherapy： PC regimen of chemotherapy and 22 points the night before the day 4：00 0.75 mg dexamethasone＋250m L0.09% saline infusion, after paclitaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy. Treatment group of 35 patients righting tonic side（Dangshen,Fuli ng,Shanyao,Shudihuang20 g, Huangqi 40 g, Danggui, Baishao,Banxia,Ajiao15 g,Nvzhenzi,Chuanbeimu,Gouqizi,Ga ncao,Shihu,Buguzhi,Shashen,Shengdihuang,Maidong10 g, Baizhu,Chenpi 12 g, Rougui 3g; anorexia Maiya,Shenqu; intestinal dry plus Yuli, Huomaren）, a/d, decoction 300 m L, sooner or later orally. Chemotherapy with the control group. 7d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, quality of life score, vomiting, bone marrow index（the amount of white blood cells, platelet volume）, adverse reactions. 5 continuous treatment regimen to determine efficacy. [Results] The cure 13 cases, 13 cases were markedly effective in 6 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 91.43%. The control group healed in 6 cases, 10 cases markedly effective in 13 cases, six cases, the total efficiency 82.86%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Quality of life score in treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Righting tonic medicine to treat lung cancer combined side effect is remarkable, worthy of promotion.
