摘　　要：传统医学并无胰腺癌的名称,但根据其症状、体征其常归纳于"癥瘕""黄疸""痛证""臌胀""积聚"等证范畴。与机体内外多种因素有关,恶性程度高,正气不足、情志因素占重要地位,内因为肾阴亏损,阴血不足,外因在于感受寒邪,血脉凝滞,经脉阻塞,瘀积成块;诊断可通过超声、CT、MRI、病理等。玉屏风散用于气血亏虚所导致的表虚自汗、皮肤枯槁、汗出恶风、面色恍白,舌淡苔薄白,脉浮虚;现代药理认为能增强机体免疫力,对小鼠溶血空斑实验(PFC)有明显调节作用,与c AMP和c GMP含量密切相关,对腹腔注射地塞米松所致小鼠血清Ig A降低有明显对抗作用,可改善肺卫气虚患者免疫功能,增高血清Ig M,增加淋巴细胞转化率,可纠正和恢复胰腺癌免疫功能,提高PFC至48%、提高C3至107mg%、提高CH50至66.4u。未来期待加强循证医学大样本、随机对照研究。Abstrac： Traditional medicine is not the name of pancreatic cancer, but according to the signs and symptoms often summarized in ＂remove lump＂ ＂jaundice＂ ＂pain＂ ＂bloat＂ card such as ＂accumulation＂ category., is associated with a variety of factors inside and outside the body, high malignant degree, prominently vital qi, modern factors, loss because kidney Yin, Yin blood insufficiency, external cause is the feeling cold evil, blood, meridians jam, Yu Ji into pieces; Diagnosis by ultrasound, CT, MRI and pathology, etc. Yupinfeng powder used for table caused by the deficiency qi spontaneous perspiration, withered skin, the sweat out of the evil wind, dreamy look white, pale tongue moss thin white, pulse floating empty; Modern pharmacology that can enhance immunity, hemolytic plaque test in mice have obvious adjustment function（PFC）, is closely related to the content of c AMP and c GMP, serum of mice caused by intraperitoneal injection of dexamethasone reduce significant protection against the Ig A, can improve the immune function of patients with pulmonary qi deficiency who, increased serum Ig M, increase the lymphocyte conversion rate, to correct and restore the immune function of pancreatic cancer, improve the PFC to 48%, increase the C3-107 mg %, CH50 to 66.4 u. Look forward to future strengthening evidence-based medicine large sample, randomized controlled study.
