摘 要:基于氨制冷系统安全体系内容,分析了现有体系现状,并针对问题提出了解决方案。以自动化监测及处置技术为前提,根据机房、管路特点应用红外、压力流量、光栅测温等不同的泄漏监测手段对泄漏段进行准确定位;通过应急处置系统,可以将泄漏范围限定为某一段管路或设备;回收管路可以泄漏段内即将泄漏出来的氨进行回收,减小泄漏量;应急处置装置可以对泄漏到空气中的氨进行吸收消纳及销毁,降低泄漏危害。Based on the security system of ammonia refrigeration system, the current system was analyzed and put forward the solutions to local practical problems. On the premise of automatic monitoring and disposal technology, different leak monitoring means including infrared image, pressure flow and grating temperature measuring were used to locate accurate positioning of leakage section for machine room and piping. Through the emergency disposal system, leakage can be limited to a certain part of piping or equipment. Recycling system can recycle the ammonia in section that limited to reduce the leakage. Emergency disposal device can recycle the ammonia that leak into the air for harmless treatment.
