摘  要:本试验以不同地区不同品系玉竹为研究材料,采用水提醇沉法提取玉竹多糖,运用可见-紫外分光光度仪进行多糖含量测定,并通过精密度、重复性、稳定性、回收率试验对此方法进行验证。从而测出圆叶玉竹多糖含量最高为8.1%,比长叶玉竹多糖含量高10.4%,比湘玉竹多糖含量高14.7%,比小玉竹多糖含量高23.8%。The polysaccharide in the different strains of different areas polygonatum was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.The content was determined by UV, theprccsion test repetitive experiment,as well as stability experiment and recovery experiment was used to detect methodological study.The result showed that polysaccharide content of the circle leaf polygonatum was more 10.4% than the long leaf polygonatum polysaccharide,more 14.7% than that of Hunan polygonatum polysaccharide,more 23.8 % than that of small polygonatum.
