摘　　要：政治妥协是和平与发展时代的需要,是社会主义初级阶段的需要,是中国共产党执政地位的需要,是实事求是思想的体现。邓小平在处理重大的国际事务和国内事务中,将原则的坚定性与策略的灵活性结合起来,运用妥协维护了改革和发展的大局。邓小平在处理妥协的原则、条件、程度等方面展现了高超的政治艺术,运用政治妥协推动了改革开放的历史进程。在当今中国复杂的局势下,既要善于斗争,也要善于妥协。尤其是在推进全面深化改革中,要凝聚社会共识,就要懂得妥协、学会妥协,多听对方的意见,多理解对方,多站在对方的角度来看待问题。Political compromise is necessary in the era of peace and development, in the primary stage of socialism, and for the ruling party position of the CPC. It is also a manifestation of realistic thinking. In handling major international and domestic affairs, Deng Xiaoping combined the strict adherence to principles and the flexibility of tactics, and used compromise to maintain the overall situation of reform and development. Deng showed superb political art when he dealt with the principles, conditions, and degree of compromise, and advanced the historical process of reform and opening up through political compromise. In today＇s complex situation in China, we must excel at both struggle and compromise. Especially in comprehensively deepening reform, for the purpose of consolidating social consensus, we must know how to compromise and dare to compromise, listen to each other＇s views, understand each other, and look at issues by outting ourselves in other people＇s place.
