奥瑞凝胶抗炎作用及对反流性食管炎模型大鼠食管组织IL-8的影响

摘　　要：目的观察奥瑞凝胶的抗炎作用及其对反流性食管炎(RE)模型大鼠白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的影响。方法以二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀、白细胞游走抑制及棉球肉芽肿为炎症指标,观察奥瑞凝胶的抗炎作用;用半幽门结扎加贲门肌切开术复制RE大鼠模型,观察奥瑞凝胶对RE食管黏膜组织中IL-8的影响。结果与模型组比较,奥瑞凝胶高、中、低剂量组能明显抑制耳肿胀(P<0.05)和白细胞游走(P<0.05),肉芽组织含量显著降低(P<0.05);奥瑞凝胶各组组织中IL-8含量明显下降(P<0.05)。结论奥瑞凝胶具有明显的抗炎作用,其作用机制可能与降低食管组织中IL-8的含量有关。Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Ori gel and its effect on interleukin 8（IL-8） of reflux esophagitis（RE） rats. Methods The anti-inflammatory effect of Ori gel was evaluated by observing xylene-induced mouse ear swelling,rat white blood cell migration inhibition,and cotton-ball induced rat granuloma.Half-pylorus ligation plus cardiomyotomy was used to establish RE rat model, and then the effect of Ori gel on the IL-8 content in esophageal mucosa tissue homogenate of RE rat model was observed. Results Compared with the model group,high-,medium- and low-dose Ori gel could relieve the ear swelling （P〈 0.05）,inhibit white blood cell migration（P〈 0.05）,reduce granulation tissue（P 〈 0 . 05）, and decrease the content of IL-8 obviously（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Ori gel has significant anti-inflammatory effect,and its mechanism may be related to lowering the content of IL-8 in the esophageal tissue.
