摘　　要：在口腔临床实习教学中,临床技能十分重要,但同时要重视实习医生的医患沟通问题,尤其是"诊前交流"很重要,通过"诊前交流",可以了解患者的病情、患者的治疗需要、缓解患者的紧张情绪、实现患者的诉求,顺畅的交流才能保证临床诊疗顺利进行。In oral clinical practice teaching, Clinical skills are very important, attention should be paid to the problem of doctor-patient communication, especially ＂ communication before diagnosis ＂ is very important, through ＂ communication before diagnosis ＂, could understand the treatment of the patient, the patient＇s needs, relieve patient＇s tension, implementation of the demands of patients, in order to ensure the smooth communication of clinical diagnosis and treatment of smooth.
