航空发动机大流量清洗喷嘴的测试分析

摘　　要：大流量清洗喷嘴是大型航空发动机清洗系统的核心部件,由于技术条件要求苛刻,需要在实际装配之前对清洗喷嘴的雾化特性进行测试。为此以PDI测试系统为基础,对大流量喷嘴的雾化特性进行了测试分析。结果表明:采用的测试技术方案合理,喷嘴特性满足发动机清洗的要求。Large-volume cleaning nozzle is the core component of the cleaning system for the large aircraft engine, and because of the demanding technology conditions, the atomizing characteristics of the cleaning nozzle should be tested before the actual installation . Therefore, based on the PDI testing system, the atomizing characteristics of the cleaning was tested and analyzed. It is shown that the test technology solutions used is reasonable and the atomizing characteristics of the cleaning nozzle meets requirements for the engine cleaning.
