摘　　要：以辽宁为例开展风力电热联供项目建设可行性及环境效益分析,指出实施该项目不仅可以减少污染物排放,还可以拓展风电消纳渠道,提高风电设备利用效率,扩大用电市场减少电网的峰谷差,同时还能弥补城市供热能力不足。In Liaoning province as an example to carry out the wind electric installations, the project construction feasibility and environmental benefits analysis, points out that the implementation of the project not only can reduce the pollutant emissions, can also expand wind power given channel, improve the utilization efficiency of wind power equipment, and expanding the electricity market to reduce the grid peak valley is poor, also can make up for a lack of urban heating capacity.
