摘 要:总湿质量、软体部湿质量和闭壳肌湿质量直接影响养殖企业的产量和效益,也是育种工作者选育的目标性状。为了研究影响底播虾夷扇贝这三个性状的因子,分别测量了71个底播养殖虾夷扇贝的壳长(L)、壳高(L1)、壳宽(L2)、总湿质量(m)、软体部湿质量(m1)和闭壳肌湿质量(m2),使用SPSS 17.0采用通径分析的理论分析了各个性状间的相关系数,通径系数和决定系数。结果表明:所有测量性状间的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。壳长对总湿质量的直接通径系数不显著(P>0.05),壳高和壳宽对总湿质量的直接通径系数达到极显著水平(P<0.01),其中壳高的直接作用较大,壳宽较小,壳宽主要通过壳高间接的影响总湿质量。壳宽对软体部湿质量的通径系数显著(P<0.01),是影响软体部湿质量的主要因素。壳长、壳高和壳宽对闭壳肌湿质量的直接通径系数均不显著(P>0.05)。形态性状对各体质量性状的回归方程分别为:m=-93.06+0.974 L1+2.617 L2(r2=0.935);m1=-34.779+1.849 L2(r2=0.879)。以上结果为我国北方底播养殖虾夷扇贝,亲贝的选育选择,将提供科学依据,主要选择壳高大的亲贝,次要选择壳宽以达到选育总湿质量大的后代的目的。如果以提高软体部湿质量为目标,则主要选择壳宽。The shell length(L),shell height(L1),shell width(L2),total wet body weight(m),soft tissue weight(m1)and adductor weight(m2)were measured in 71 samples of bottom-cultured yesso scallop Patinopecten yessoensis to clarify the factors influencing total wet body weight(m),soft tissue weight(m1)and adductor weight(m2).The correlation coefficient,path coefficient and determination coefficient were estimated by path analysis via SPSS 17.0.The results showed that correlation coefficients between each body shape traits(L,L1,L2)and the weight traits(m,m1,m2)were all significantly different(P〈0.01).The path coefficient of the shell length to the total wet weight was not significant(P〉0.05).The path coefficient of the shell height and shell width to the wet total body weight was significant(0.49,0.409,P〈0.01),predominant direct effect of the shell height on the total wet weight,followed by the effect of shell width on the total wet weight.The shell width had indirect effects on total wet body weight through shell height.The direct effect of the shell width on the tissue weight was significant(P〈0.01)and the shell width was the main factors that influence the tissue weight.The direct effect of the shell length,the shell height and the shell width on the adductor weight were not significant(P〉0.05).Regression equations between weight traits and morphological traits of shell length,shell height and shell width were also established,and the equations were as the following:m=-93.06+0.974 L1+2.617 L2(r^2=0.935);m1=-34.779+1.849 L2(r^2=0.879).The findings provide theoretical basis for selective breeding in bottom-cultured yesso scallop,that is,shell height should be firstly selected and shell width should be simultaneously selected in order to improve the wet total body weight and soft weight.
