摘  要:研究了定期(5d)添加以乳酸菌为主的微生态制剂乳酸粉和不同换水频次对体质量(1.2310±0.0046)g的仿刺参幼参生长、存活及育苗水质的影响。试验共设6组,各组分别每隔3d、5d、8d、12d和15d换水一次,以未换水组为对照组,每组设置3个重复。试验结果表明,3d和5d换水组水中氨氮和亚硝态氮含量与其他组差异显著(P〈0.05);各试验组幼参的成活率差异不显著,说明换水频次对幼参成活率无显著影响;各组幼参的特定增长率高于对照组,对照组呈负增长,其中3d换水组特定增长率最大,为(1.5645±0.0688)%/d,但与5d换水组差异不显著;不同换水频次试验组中饲料的氮、磷输入贡献率分别占66.3%-74.5%和95.7%-96.6%,海水占0.6%-6.7%和0-0.3%,幼参占24.9%-28.5%和3.3%-4%;残饵和粪便氮、磷输出贡献率最高,幼参次之,海水最低;3d换水组中氮、磷转化到幼参体内的效率最高。综上所述,在定期添加微生态制剂的情况下,5d换水一次更适于室内仿刺参幼参的培育。A 36-day feeding trial was performed to investigate effects of dietary probiotics(LP)primarily comprised of Lactobacillus and water exchange frequency in a 3d,5d,8d,12 d,or 15 dinterval,no water exchange at all as control group,on growth and survival of sea cucumber(Apostichopus japonicus)with body weight of(1.2310±0.0046)g during breeding with triplication.The results showed that there was no significant difference in survival of the sea cucumber in different groups,indicating that water exchange frequency did not lead to impact on survival of the sea cucumber.However,the significantly lower levels of nitrite(NO-2-N)and ammonia(NH+4-N)in the groups at water exchange interval of 3dand 5d.The sea cucumber juveniles had higher specific growth rate in the treatment groups than in the control group,the maximum(1.5645±0.0688)%/d in water exchange interval of 3d,without significantly different from the water exchange interval of 5d.In this study,the order of nitrogen and phosphorus contribution was expressed as:feed(66.3%—74.5% and 95.7%—96.6%)〉sea cucumber(24.9%—28.5%and 3.3%—4%)〉 seawater(0.6%—6.7% and 0—0.3%),the maximal nitrogen and phosphorus retention in the water exchange interval of 3d.The findings demonstrate that the water exchange should be conducted in a 5day interval in sea cucumber breeding.
