摘  要:目的:运用GC-MS结合保留指数分析桑白皮脂肪油成分,为进一步研究桑白皮脂肪油提供实验依据。方法:以石油醚为溶剂,采用索氏提取法提取脂肪油,经甲酯化处理后,用GC-MS技术并结合保留指数对其进行分析鉴定。结果:采用GC-MS分析,检测出38个组分,利用MS结合保留指数定性,鉴定出其中27个成分。含量较高的组分为:角鲨烷(50.40%)、α-香树脂素(10.86%)、亚油酸甲酯(9.33%)、β-香树脂素(4.84%)、棕榈酸甲酯(3.08%)、11-十八烯酸甲酯(1.76%)等。结论:本实验方法可靠,结果准确度高,为开发利用桑白皮资源提供依据。Objective: To analyze the fatty oil in cortex mori for providing an experimental basis for further research on activity of mulberry fatty oil. Methods: Petroleum ether was used as solvent to extract fatty acids by Soxhlet extraction method. After methyl esterification,the analysis and identification were made by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS) technology in combination with retention indices. Results: Thirty-eight components were detected by GC-MS and 27 compounds were identified by MS in combination with kovats retention index. The compounds with high contents were as follows: squalane( 50. 40%),α-Amyrin( 10. 86%),methyl linoleate( 9. 33%),β-Amyrin( 4. 84%),hexadecanoic acid methyl ester( 3. 08%),11-Octadecynoic acid methyl ester( 1. 76%) and so on. Conclusion: The experimental method is reliable,accurate and provides the basis for the development and utilization of morus alba resources.
