摘　　要：当前，我国经济快速发展，人们的生活水平有了较大提升，对生活品质也就提出了更高的要求，对于住房的要求首当其冲。其不仅要满足住房中居住的实用功能，在设计理念上也要独具匠心，别出心裁。因此，建筑设计新理念开始应运而生。At present, the economy of our country is developed quickly, people＇s living standards is also greatly proved, higher reqmreraents on the quality of life is put forward, the first requirement is about the requirement of housing. It is not only to satisfy the practical function of housing in living, also want to show originality and uniqueness in designing concept. Therefore, new concept of architectural design arises at the historic moment.
