摘　　要：本文从深厚的人文底蕴、规整的街道环境、紧凑的建筑布局、独特的历史沿革三个方面，分析了天津原日租界地区的风貌。通过对现状的调查，总结了近代建筑遗产在保护与利用方面的问题，提出了更加优化的建议。Starting from three aspects of the cultural atm-osphere, neat street environment, compact construction layout and unique reform history, the original features of original Japanese concession in Tianjin are analyzed in this paper. Through investigating the present situation, problems about conservation and utilization of modern architectural heritage are summarized, and more optimized suggestions are put forward as wel .
