摘　　要：建立上海历史文化保护单位需要科学合理的性能评价。本文在对上海国家级和市级文物保护单位进行实地调研的基础上，确定了分级标准，进行了数据统计，将基准层和指标层进行定性定量，建立了上海文物保护单位性能评价模型。To establish Shanghai historical cultural protection units need scientific and reasonable performance evaluation. On the basis of field investigation of national and Shanghai municipal cultural relics protection units, this article confirms the classification standard and carries on the data statistics to quantitative and qualitative the base layer and index layer, and establishes Shanghai cultural relics protection unit performance evaluation model.
