摘  要:目的了解梅州市家禽鸟类市场环境样品禽流感病毒的感染状况,及时发现人禽流感发病潜在危险因素,防止疫情发生。方法 2013年4月22日至2013年5月31日,在梅州市选取1个三鸟批发市场和5个居民区肉菜市场,以擦拭涂抹法采集外环境活禽粪便以及各种用具表面拭子,采用荧光定量PCR方法检测甲型流感病毒核酸,并进行病毒基因同源性分析;对外环境H7N9核酸阳性的市场及周边区域开展监测工作。结果 6个活禽市场共检测样品226份,检出甲型流感病毒核酸阳性24份,阳性率10.62%,其中H7N9型2份,阳性率0.88%;基因同源性分析,梅州市外环境H7N9病毒基因与广东省惠州市病例获得的H7N9禽流感病毒同源性为99.6%,与华东地区病人感染的H7N9禽流感病毒同源性为99.7%~99.8%。对外环境检出H7N9阳性市场的165名密切接触者进行医学观察,未发现发热、咳嗽等异常临床表现。结论梅州市活禽市场外环境存在甲型流感病毒污染,且病毒未发现变异,2个市场外环境H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性未造成人群感染。Objective To investigate the pollution situation of avian influenza virus of live poultry market environment in Meizhou city, and explore potential risk factors of human avian influenza and prevent epidemic outbreak. Methods 1poultry wholesale market and 5 meat markets in residential area were selected for the study in Meizhou city from April 22 to May 31, 2013. The environmental samples were collected by swabs smear. Influenza A virus nucleic acid was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR, and the analysis of virus gene homology was then performed. The monitoring work on markets with H7N9 RNA positive external environment and their surrounding area were carried out after surveillances. Results 226 samples were tested in 6 poultry markets. Influenza A virus nucleic acid was detected in 24 samples, with a positive rate of10.62%. Among them, 2 samples in 2 markets were H7N9 positive, and the positive rate was 0.88%. According to the results of analysis of gene sequence,homology of H7N9 virus gene of external environment in Meizhou city and that of Huizhou city Guangdong province virus was 99.6%, and those of infected patients in East China area were between 99.7%-99.8%. 165 close contacts cases in 2 markets with H7N9 virus positive in external environment were under medical observation, and no clinical manifestations of fever, cough and other abnormal findings were observed. Conclusion Influenza A virus is detected in live poultry markets external environment in Meizhou city and no obvious variation is found. The existence of H7N9 avian influenza virus in 2 markets external environment may not lead to human infection.
