摘　　要：目的探讨耳廓离断伤耳软骨回植修复术围手术期护理。方法通过分析15例外耳完全离断软骨回植患者围手术期的护理情况,总结软骨回植患者围手术期的护理方法。结果14例患者外耳形态良好,皮瓣颜色、质地与周围组织接近,再造耳弹性与健侧外耳接近。1例软骨回植失败。结论两期法耳软骨回植适用于耳离断伤。手术前做好离断耳低温保存;术后定期观测皮瓣血运;提供抗感染、耳再造术后全面护理,是护理工作的关键。Objective To report authors’experiences in nursing patients before and after auricular cartilage replanta？tion for traumatic ear amputation. Methods Nursing strategies in cases of acute unilateral traumatic ear amputation treated by auricular cartilage replantation were reviewed. Results Of the 15 cases, 14 achieved satisfactory results with helix, scapha and cavity of auricular concha showing matching color as surrounding skin and symmetrical elasticity as the contralateral ear. Infection led to treatment failure in 1 case. Conclusions The two-stage auricular cartilage replantation procedure is an effec？tive treatment for traumatic ear amputation. The keys in nursing a patient following such procedures include preservation of the amputated ear in low temperature, prevention of infection, careful observation of the skin flap at regular intervals and nega？tive pressure suction drainage of the surgical site.
