摘 要:用自行设计的锰镍钼硼合金系焊丝对低碳贝氏体钢进行双面焊;利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、拉伸和冲击试验机以及显微硬度计等研究了焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:焊缝和热影响区显微组织都主要是针状铁素体和粒状贝氏体;HAZ区组织粗大,存在软化问题;在较小的焊接线热输入条件下,焊接接头强韧性匹配较好,抗拉强度为803.63 MPa,焊缝和热影响区冲击韧性分别为193J和232J。A self-designed Mn-Ni-Mo-B alloy welding wire was used to weld low-carbon bainitic steel by double-sided welding.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints were studied by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,tensile testing,impact testing and hardness testing.Results show that the microstructure of weld and HAZ were mainly acicular ferrite and granular bainite.The HAZ with coarse grains showed a little softening.Under the condition of relatively small welding line energy,the welded joints had a good matching of strength and toughness.The tensile strength was 803.63 MPa while impact toughness of the weld and HAZ was 193 Jand 232J.
