摘 要:将PH13-8Mo不锈钢在930℃固溶1h后,再在480,510,540,565,590,620℃下时效4h,研究了时效温度对试验钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:试验钢在510℃时效后具有最高的硬度和强度,并保持了足够的冲击韧性,具有较好的综合力学性能;在510~620℃时效时,随着时效温度升高,硬度和强度下降,冲击韧性升高;试验钢在480℃时效后开始析出金属间化合物Ni3Al,该析出相随着时效温度升高逐渐长大和增多。Solid solution treatment at 930 ℃for 1hand following by aging at 480,510,540,565,590,620℃for 4hwere carried out to study the effects of aging temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of PH13-8Mo stainless steel.The results show that,PH13-8Mo stainless steel had better comprehensive mechanical properties,such as the highest hardness and strength and enough impact toughness,after aging at 510 ℃.When aging at 510-620℃,the hardness and strength decreased and impact toughness increased with the increase of aging temperature.PH13-8Mo stainless steel began to precipitate the intermetallic compound Ni3 Al when aging at 480℃,and the precipitates gradually grew up and increased in number gradually with the increase of aging temperature.
