摘 要:目的:探讨高原短期暴露人群返回平原后心脏脱适应规律和影响因素。方法:选择快速进入高原地区并从事重体力劳动的96名青年作为观察对象,在高原下撤前和返回原驻地(1 500m)12h、15d和2年后,分别测定心肌酶和心功能,评价其心功能康复情况。结果:高原暴露后Tei、CK-MB、MDA、ET-1、HIFa指数显著升高,返回平原后呈逐渐降低趋势,2年后基本达到对照组水平;高原暴露后LVEF、LVFS、LDH1、SOD、8-isoPGF2a和NO水平显著降低,返回平原则呈逐渐升高趋势,2年后接近正常水平。结论:高原暴露人群返回平原后心功能在短期内有一定恢复,但恢复正常需要相当长时间。Objective. To investigate the cardiac de--adaptation regularity and influential factors in popu- lation exposed to high altitude for a short time. Methods. Ninty--six youth who came to high altitude area rapidly for strenuous physical activity were selected. Myocardial enzymes and cardiac function were tested before or 12 h, 15 d and 2 y after returned to :heir habitat respectively to evaluate the cardiac function re- covery. Results. Tel, CK--MB, MDA, ET--1 and HIFa index increased strikingly after exposure to high altitude, but decreased gradually after returned to the plain and came to the level of control group two years later. LVEF, LVFS, LDH1, SOD, 8--isoPGF2a and NO decreased sharply after exposure to high altitude, but increased gradually after returned to the plain and came to the normal level two years later. Conclusion : Cardiac functions of population exposed to high altitude would recover to some extent in a short time after returned to the plain, but return to normal would need quite a long time.
