摘　　要：目的:探讨体外循环心脏直视手术后严重并发症的防治。方法:对本组216例体外循环心脏直视手术患者术后急性心包填塞,低心输出量综合征及室性心律紊乱等严重并发症进行回顾性分析。结果:本组共死亡7例,死亡率为3.2%,各种并发症25例,而上述三种并发症占72.7%。结论:术后24 h对于严重并发症的正确预防与处理是保证安全的关键所在。Objective：To investigate the prevention and treatment of severe complications after cardiopulmonary bypass in open heart operation. Methods：The group of 216 cases of cardiopulmonary bypass open heart surgery patients with serious complications of acute cardiac tamponade,low cardiac output syndrome and ventricular arrhythmia were retrospectively analyzed. Results：In this group,7 pa-tients died,and the mortality rate was 3. 2%. There were 25 cases of all kinds of complications,among which acute cardiac tamponade, low cardiac output syndrome and ventricular arrhythmia accounted for 72. 7 percent. Conclusion：It is crucial to have proper prevention and treatment of serious complications within 24 hours after surgery.
