摘　　要：骨质疏松性脊柱骨折是一项严重困扰老年人健康的骨科慢性疾病,由于骨质疏松性脊柱骨折发病机制复杂,学术界对其治疗尚未形成标准治疗方案,针对这一问题,文中从该病的致病机制、影像学、临床治疗、预防等方面的研究进展作一阐述,为进一步防治该病提供参考。Osteoporotic spinal fractures is a serious orthopedic chronic disease in the healthy elder people .Because of the complexity of its pathogenesis , there has no standard treatment scheme .In order to solve this problem , we review the mechanism of the disease etiology, imaging, treatment, prevention of osteoporotic spinal fractures to provide references for the further prevention and con -trol of this disease .
