摘 要:含镍介孔分子筛MCM-41是一种潜在的、性能优良的储氢材料。采用水热合成法制备得到MCM-41,然后,在机械搅拌和超生波2种混合模式下,采用化学镀的方法将金属Ni负载在MCM-41表面,以制备Ni-MCM-41。所制的样品,通过X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜和氮吸附脱附测试等分析方法进行表征。结果表明:化学镀法在MCM-41表面负载镍是可行的,且对其结构有较好的改性作用。超生波更有利于化学镀镍,其最佳温度为80℃。这表明,化学镀法也是一个较好的制备金属-非金属复合介孔材料的方法。The nickeliferous MCM-41 is one of potential hydrogen storage materials with excellent properties. MCM-41 was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method, and then electroless plating was employed to deposit Ni on the surface of MCM- 41 under the mixing pattern of mechanical stir and ultrasonic to prepare Ni-MCM-41. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and N2 adsorption-desorption analysis techniques. The results showed that this method is feasible, and had a good effect on the structure of MCM-41. Ultrasonic way benefited the effect of plating, and the optimal temperature was 80 ℃. It means that electroless plating is a good candidate for preparing metal-contai- ning mesoporous materials.
