摘 要:对混凝土直接浇筑金属三明治夹层波纹板、混凝土三棱柱插入并用树脂填充界面的金属三明治夹层波纹板的抗侵彻性能进行了研究。结果表明:随着子弹射入速度的提高,子弹射出速度和靶板单位面密度能量吸收能力升高;混凝土直接浇筑结构抗弹极限速度低于800m/s,树脂填充复合结构抗弹极限速度约为1 062m/s;同时,1 092m/s时混凝土直接浇筑结构的能量吸收能力为25.1J·m2/kg,1 204m/s时树脂填充结构能量吸收能力为41.1J·m2/kg。通过观察靶板前后面板及截面的破坏形貌,认为混凝土直接浇筑结构抗弹性能低的原因在于混凝土与金属骨架之间弱的界面约束。The ballistic resistance of two kinds of metal corrugated sandwich plates filled with high performance concrete or res- in after concrete prisms insertion was investigated. The results show that the projectile residual velocity and the energy ab- sorbed per unit areal mass by the sandwich panel both increase with increasing the projectile impact velocity. For the structure of the sandwich plate directly filled with high performance concrete, the critical velocity is 〈800 m/s, and the critical velocity is 1 062 rn/s for the structure of resin filled sandwich plates after concrete prisms insertion. Meanwhile, the former has an ab- sorbed energy of 25.1 J.m2/kg at 1 092 m/s, and the latter has an absorbed energy of 41.1 J.m2/kg at 1 204 m/s. According to the analysis of the morphologies of front faces, back faces and cross-sections of plates, the weak interface confinement between sandwich plates and concrete is the main reason of the low ballistic performance for the structure of the metal sandwich plates directly filled with high performance concrete.
