摘 要:在浇注料成型时埋入压力引出管和热电偶,分别采用单面加热和多面加热方式,测量加热过程中浇注料内部的蒸气压和温度,研究了蒸气压随温度的变化,分析了浇注料试样内部应力的变化和内部水分排出特征。结果表明:多面加热时试样中心在225℃时产生1.85MPa蒸气压,单面加热时距离受热面100mm在286℃时产生最大蒸气压5.88MPa。通过测量受热时浇注料内部的温度和蒸气压,可以预测试样内部最易发生爆裂的位置及其温度和蒸气压。浇注料内部蒸气压和温度的变化结合受热过程内部应力测量和失水特征,有助于深入研究致密耐火浇注料快速烘烤致爆裂机理。The inner-vapor pressure and temperature of refractory castables during heating were measured in unidirectional and multidirectional heating systems by embedding pressure transmitting pipes and thermocouples during casting,respectively.The measured vapor pressure variation with temperature,practical inner stress and dehydration behavior of multidirectional heated castables were analyzed and discussed.The results show that the maximum vapor pressure (i.e.,1.85 MPa) of the casting shapes in multidirectional heating system occurs in the center of the specimen at 225 ℃,and the maximum vapor pressure in unidirectional heating system at 100 mm from the heating surface at 286 ℃ is 5.88 MPa.The vulnerable place to explosion or spalling,the corresponding temperature and vapor pressure can be forecasted via the measurement of inner temperature and vapor pressure of castables during drying.Explosive spalling mechanism of dense refractory castables during rapid drying can be formulated by analysis of inner vapor pressure,temperature and stress as well as dehydration behavior of castables.
