摘 要:水泡性口炎由水泡性口炎病毒(VSV)引起,可在全世界范围内对畜牧业造成危害。试验对基质蛋白第51位甲硫氨酸敲除后的重组VSV病毒(VSVAM51)进行了研究,包括病毒致病性及其所激发的体液免疫应答规律。结果表明:相比野生型VSV,VSV△M51对猪的致病性降低,接种野生型VSV的试验猪临床症状评分最高可达4分,而接种VSV△M51病毒动物临床评分不高于2分。VSV△M51可有效地激发抗病毒体液免疫应答,有希望成为理想的疫苗载体。Vesicular stomatitis disease is caused by vesicular stomatitis virus,which can lead to serious economic loss in live stocks world widely.Pathogenesis by recombinant VSV with methionine 51 in its matrix protein deleted was evaluated in pigs,and host humoral immunities stimulated by the mutated virus were studied.The results showed that VSVAM51 was much less pathogenic than the wild type VSV,the highest clinical symptom score of pigs which inoculated wild type VSV was up to 4,while the clinical symptom score of pigs which inoculated VSVAM51 was less than 2.VSVAM51 could stimulate humoral immunities against VSV effectively in pigs,it has the prospect of becoming an ideal vaccine vector for preventing VSV.
