摘 要:以大叶水芹为试验材料,进行不同的有机肥处理,测定了其最终的产量、叶中黄酮含量以及PAL酶活性。结果表明:不同有机肥处理对水芹的产量及黄酮含量存在一定影响,基肥1 kg、追肥用量为7×4 kg(处理8)时,其产量、黄酮含量和PAL酶活性均显著高于其他处理;水芹叶片中的黄酮含量与PAL酶活性呈极显著的正相关关系。A field experiment with large-leaved water dropwort was conducted under different organic fertilizer treatments and the large-leaved water dropwort yield and its leaves' flavonoid content and PAL activity were determined.The results showed that different organic fertilizer treatments had certain effects on the yield and flavonoid content of the water dropwort,and when the base fertilizer and additional fertilizer were respectively 1 kg and 7×4 kg(Treatment 8),the yield,flavonoid content and PAL activity were significantly higher than those in other fertilizer treatments.There was a very significant positive correlation between the leaves' flavonoid content and PAL activity.
