摘  要:以番茄品种‘中杂105'为试材,研究了与播前启动肥配套的播后不同施肥种类、施肥浓度及施肥频率对番茄幼苗生长发育及壮苗形成的影响。通过测定茎粗、全株干重等形态指标及叶绿素含量、根系活力等生理指标,筛选出番茄穴盘育苗播后灌溉施肥较优处理为:子叶平展至2片真叶平展时12-2-14、20-10-20两种肥料交替使用,施肥质量浓度为100 mg/L N;2片真叶平展至4片真叶平展时12-2-14、20-10-20两种肥料交替施用,施肥质量浓度为200 mg/L N;4片真叶平展至6片真叶平展时12-2-14、20-20-20两种肥料交替使用,施肥质量浓度为300 mg/L N;3个阶段施肥频率均为1次肥、2次水。番茄幼苗表现为壮苗指数增加、叶绿素含量升高和根系活力增强,分别比其他处理提高了9.14%—9.92%、6.13%—12.43%和3.53%—9.07%。The tomato cultivar ' Zhongza 105' was used as a test material,and the seedling culture on plug trays was carried out in a glasshouse to study the seedling growth and development as influenced by different post-sowing fertilization types,concentrations and frequencies on the basis of presowing start fertilizer.The results showed that in terms of such indicators as stem diameter,dry plant weight,chlorophyll content and root activity,a relatively good treatment of post-sowing irrigation and fertilization was that both 12-2-14 and 20-10-20 fertilizers were alternately applied at 100 mg/L N from the cotyledon being open and flat to two leaves being open and flat and at 200 mg/L N from two leaves being open and flat to four leaves being open and flat,and both 12-2-14 and 20-20-20 fertilizers were alternately applied at 300 mg/L N from four leaves being open and flat to six leaves being open and flat;At the above 3 stages one fertilizer application was followed by two waterings.Thus the tomato seedlings' sound seedling index,chlorophyll content and root activity were respectively 9.14%—9.92%,6.13%^12.43%and 3.53%—9.07%higher than those of the seedlings treated by the others.
