摘 要:研究了伏马毒素(Fumonisin,Fu)对叙利亚仓鼠肾细胞(BHK-cell)的毒性作用。结果表明:随着Fu浓度递增,BHK细胞的活力下降至10%;Fu对BHK细胞DNA的损伤作用同样明显,40μg/mL剂量组的细胞拖尾率是正常对照组的80倍。40μg/mL Fu剂量组24 h后检测到特征性的凋亡梯形条带,正常对照组则未检测到。40μg/mL Fu剂量组24 h内细胞SOD活力降低至正常对照组的20%,培养液中MDA含量较正常对照组和4%乙醇对照组提高了7倍。The toxic effect of Fumonisin(Fu) on BHK-cell were studied.The results showed that with the increasing of Fu concentration,activity of BHK cell decreased to 10%;there were also obviously damage effects of Fu on DNA of BHK cells,the cells' tailing rate of 40 μg/mL dose group was 80 times of control group;the characteristic apoptotic ladders of 40 μg/mL Fu dose group were detected after 24 h,but the control group was not.Cell SOD activity of 40 μg/mL Fu dose group decreased to20%of control group,and the MDA content in culture medium increased 7 times compared with the control group.
