摘  要:目的研究便携式视频显微镜经翼点经大脑外侧裂入路的显露范围和观察效果。方法新鲜和灌注固定的成人尸头标本各3例(6侧),经翼点游离骨瓣开颅,在便携式视频显微镜下暴露并观察蝶鞍区和大脑外侧裂深处。结果便携式视频显微镜经翼点经大脑外侧裂入路能够清楚、逼真地暴露蝶鞍区和大脑外侧裂深处直达基底动脉末端分叉。结论便携式视频显微镜经翼点经大脑外侧裂入路能够完成蝶鞍区和大脑外侧裂深处至基底动脉末端分叉的显微解剖。Objective To study the exposing range and observing effect of portable video microscopic pterional lateral cerebral fissure approach. Methods Pterional free bony flap craniectomy was made on fresh and perfused(three specimens or six sides respectively) human adult cadaveric heads; sellar region and deep lateral cerebral fissure were exposed and observed through portable video microscopic pterional lateral cerebral fissure approach. Results Sellar region and the region from deep lateral cerebral fissure to the bifurcation of the basilar artery were exposed clearly and lifelikely through portable video microscopic pterional lateral cerebral fissure approach. Conclusion Portable video microscopic pterional lateral cerebral fissure approach can work in micrergy of sellar region and the region from deep lateral cerebral fissure to the bifurcation of the basilar artery.
