摘 要:为了满足塔里木盆地含CO_2致密砂岩气藏氮气钻完井一体化管柱的需要,中国石油塔里木油田公司与钻杆生产厂家联合研制了一种既满足钻井工况又能满足完井和采气工况的高强度超级13Cr不锈钢油钻杆。为检验该油钻杆的可靠性,开展了管材的机械性能和腐蚀性能室内试验检测对比研究:采用金相显微镜观测得出了该油钻杆金相组织特征;采用拉伸试验机和示波冲击试验机实验测得了该油钻杆材料的基本力学性能;采用高温高压循环流动腐蚀仪实验获得了模拟工况下油钻杆材料的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,超级13Cr油钻杆金相组织均匀、δ-铁素体含量符合标准要求;拉伸性能达到了S135级钻杆的强度要求,屈服强度达953 MPa;冲击性能优于S135级钻杆,冲击功达165.56 J;在模拟高温、高含CO_2、高矿化度采气工况下油钻杆耐均匀腐蚀和耐点蚀性能良好,而较高的δ-铁素体含量对照样在模拟采气工况下出现严重点蚀,不能满足油田生产要求。结论认为,新研制的超级13Cr油钻杆性能优良,将在塔里木油田氮气钻完井作业中得到充分应用。In order to meet the demand of integrated tubing strings used for the nitrogen drilling and well completion of CO2-bearing tight sandstone gas reservoirs in the Tarim Basin, a high strength super 13Cr stainless steel oil drill pipes were developed jointly by the PetroChina Tarim Oilfield Company and a drill pipe manufacturer specially for drilling operations as well as well completion and gas production. In order to verify the reliability of this type of drill pipes, a laboratory test was conducted to examine and compara tively study the mechanical performance and corrosion resistance of tubes and pipes. Subsequently, microstrneture characteristics of an oil drill pipe were observed with a metalloscope, and the basic mechanical properties of pipe material were tested by a tensile tes- ting machine and an instrumented impact testing machine. Finally, the corrosion resistance of drill pipe material was tested by a high- temperature and high-pressure circulating flow corrosion analyzer under simulated working conditions. The results showed that (1) the microstructure of the super 13Cr oil drill pipe was uni{orm; (2) its ^-{errite content met the requirements of relevant stand ards; (3) its tensile property met the requirements of that of S135 drill pipes; (4) the yield strength reached to 953 MPa; (5) its impact property was better than that of S135 drill pipes; (6) its impact energy reached to 165.56 J, and (7) it has a strong resistance to uniform corrosion and pitting under the simulated high-temperature gas production conditions with a high CO2 content and high sanity. In conclusion, this new super 13Cr oil drill pipe with an excellent performance will be well applied to nitrogen drilling and completion operations in the Tarim Oilfield, Ordos Basin.
