甲巯咪唑相关性胰岛素自身免疫综合征伴低血糖昏迷一例报告

摘　　要：报告一例应用甲巯咪唑后出现自身免疫性低血糖患者,检测IAA(+),诊断"胰岛素自身免疫综合征"。患者未接受过胰岛素治疗,在低血糖发作时,胰岛素水平明显升高。停用甲巯咪唑改为丙硫氧嘧啶后,低血糖发作减少。A female patient aged 48 years suffering from insulin autoimmune syndrome with hypoglycemiccoma was reported and analyzed.She was ill due to Graves＇ hyperthyroidism and took methimazole.The cause of hypoglycemiccoma was looked for.The determination of IAA was positive,and diagnosis of insulin autoimmune syndrome was established.The patient never received insulin treatment.During hypoglycemia,blood insulin levels were significantly elevated.Stopping methimazole and changing to propylthiouracil,hypoglycemia reduced.
