摘　　要：南方谈话是邓小平在1992年初发表的具有深远意义的马克思主义新篇章。谈话中提出的社会主义本质论、改革动力论、社会主义市场经济论、共同富裕论等重要理论观点,对什么是社会主义,怎样建设社会主义进行了科学精炼阐释,破除了思想疑惑困局,将人们从对社会主义的教条化理解中解放出来,吹响了改革开放破冰再行的号角,深刻改变了中国特色社会主义建设走势。同时也从长远上为今天乘风破浪,全面深化改革奠定了坚实的理论基础。全面深化改革,是在新的历史起点上,对邓小平南方谈话重要思想的深化与升华的必然要求和最新成果。In early 1992,Deng Xiaoping made his famous South Tour Talk. He proposed a series of the ories such as the theoretical basis of the socialism,the theory of reform impetus,the theory of Socialist Market Economy and the theory of common prosperity. The talk precisely answered such major oretical and practical questions as “What is socialism and how to build it？”,exploded ideological dilemma,and emancipated people＇s mind from the dogmatic under standing of socialism as well. The talk not only blew the horn of the beginning of reform and opening up, profoundly changed the trend of constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also in the long run established a firm theoretical foundation for today＇s China riding the wind and waves in the comprehensive deepening of reform.
