摘　　要：文章在揭示了中国退休养老体制的核心是退休金制度的基础上,从理论方面介绍了当今主流的退休金计划,并对当今影响各国退休金制度稳定的各种问题进行了论述,明确了人口老龄化问题在其他国家的影响以及"空账"问题对我国的影响。在对改革后退休金体制改革的历史进行了回顾后,依靠数据分析和国际比较,对当前中国退休金制度的发展做出了评估。文章最后对中国退休金制度的发展规律进行了实证研究,检验了其发展同各个经济因素之间的相关性,进而证明了政治因素对退休金制度发展的决定性影响。This study introduces the main storm of contemporary pension plans after reveals that the Chinese old-age security is pension. It also discusses the problems those challenge each nation＇s pension, figures out the impacts of aging of population, and ＂empty accounts＂ impacts on Chinese pension. Base on empirical study and international comparison, this study reviews and values the development of Chinese pension. After above, this study tests the correlation between Chinese pension and key economy factors, and demonstrate the determinant impact of Chinese politics on its pension.
