欠发达地区民营经济转型发展研究——以安徽省为例

摘　　要：从安徽这个欠发达省份看,民营经济在取得较快发展的同时,存在发展不足和发展不优的问题,亟需加快发展和转型升级。然而突出的融资难、亟待改善的发展环境、沉重的税费负担和民营企业的自身缺陷等因素阻碍着民营经济转型发展。文章指出,要优化发展环境,拓宽企业融资渠道,减轻小微企业税费负担,充分激发创业潜力,大力引进外来投资主体,引导民间投资方向,提高民营企业自身素质和竞争力,从而加快民营经济转型发展。In Anhui province, private economy has achieved quick development. However, it remains the problem of＂less in quantity and poor in quality ＂, so it urgently needs accelerated development, restructuring and upgrading. However, the factors such as prominent financing problem, development environment which is urgent to improve, great burden of taxes and fees, and the defects of private enterprises, are greatly hindering the transitional development of private economy. In order to accelerate the transitional development of private economy, we must optimize development environment, widen corporate financing channels, reduce small enterprises, burden of taxes and fees, fully inspire startup potential, actively introduce outside investment, guide investment direction of civilian capital and raise their own quality and competitiveness of private enterprises.
