摘　　要：青年公益包含了价值导向、行动取向、发展指向、社区走向和成果定向五个基本实践向度。其中,价值定向分为社会价值和个人价值两大层面,涵盖服务、融合与成长等内容;行动取向则要求志愿者量力而行、相机而动、合作互助;发展指向涵盖了以特长为基础的优势发展、以关系为纽带的协调发展、以能力为根本的持续发展;社区走向是指青年公益应扎根社区、深度服务、激发参与;成果定向需要在创造社会资本、实现服务创新和开展效益评估方面下功夫。Modern volunteer services for public welfare include five basic dimensions, including value-guided, action-oriented, development-directed, community-headed and result-determined dimensions. Among them, value- guided dimension is divided into social value and individual value, covering service, integration and growth; action- oriented dimension requires that volunteers should do what they are capable of, watch for the right time and take timely action when the opportunity comes, as well as strive for mutual help and cooperation; development-directed dimension covers strength-based advantage development, relation-tied coordinated development and ability-rooted sustainable development; community-headed dimension means that volunteer services for public welfare should take root in community for in-depth service and stimulate wide participation; result-determined dimension asks for efforts put in creating social capital, achieving service innovation and conducting effectiveness assessment.
