云南省边境居民艾滋病知识及危险行为现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解云南省边境居民艾滋病知识、危险行为水平。方法采用整群抽样法,每个县选取1~2个乡镇开展入户问卷调查。结果本次共调查20 488名边民,调查对象的艾滋病知识知晓率为62.5%。最近1年与固定性伴发生性行为时3.8%每次都使用安全套,最近1次有17.0%使用;最近1年与临时性伴发生性行为时13.2%每次都使用安全套,最近1次有41.1%使用;与商业性伴发生性行为时30.4%坚持使用安全套,最近1次有56.5%使用;与同性发生性行为时20.0%每次都用安全套,最近1次有75.0%使用。不同性别、年龄段、婚姻状况、民族及文化程度艾滋病知识知晓率差异有统计学意义;不同性别、婚姻状况、文化程度最近1年发生临时性行为安全套坚持使用率差异有统计学意义。结论云南省边民艾滋病知晓程度不高,高危行为普遍存在,建议将边境地区居民的干预纳入到艾滋病防治工作中。Objective This work was to learn the AIDS knowledge and risk behaviors of border residents in Yunnan. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among border residents by cluster sampling. Results A total of 20488 border residents were investigated. The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 62.5%. 3.8% of respondents persisted in using condom when they had sex with their spouses or fixed sex mate in recent years and 17.0% used it at latest sex. 13.2% of respondents persist in using condoms when they had sex with their temporary sex mate in recent years and 41.1% used it at latest sex. 30.4% of respondents persisted in using condom when they had sex with their business sex mate in recent years and 56.5% used it at latest sex. 20.0% of respondents persisted in using condoms when men had sex with men in recent years and 75.0% used it at latest sex. The awareness rates of AIDS related knowledge among groups of different sex, age, marriage, race and level of education had significant statistical difference. The rates that respondents persisted in using condom with their temporary sex mates had significant statistical difference among different sex, marriage and level of education. Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge in the border residents was low, and high risk behaviors were prevalent. It is necessary to strengthen prevention programs and behavior intervention to the border residents.
