摘 要:目的探讨Notch信号通路的两种受体Notch1和Notch2与慢性丙型肝炎的关系。方法采集慢性丙型肝炎患者及健康对照组的新鲜空腹抗凝血,分离单个核细胞,提取RNA,反转录为c DNA,应用实时定量RT-PCR技术检测Notch 1、Notch 2。结果慢性丙型肝炎患者组和正常对照组相比较,Notch 1、Notch 2测定水平均明显升高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 Notch受体在慢性丙型肝炎中明显升高,且转氨酶越高,Notch受体检测水平越高,Notch受体与慢性丙型肝炎存在相关性。Objective This study aimed to explore the correlation between the two types of receptors of Notch signaling pathways, Notch 1 and Notch 2, with chronic hepatitis C. Methods Fresh blood samples containing anticoagulant were collected from fasting patients with chronic hepatitis C and also fasting healthy people. RNA of mononuclear cells were extracted from the samples and reversely transcribed for cDNA. Then real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) were conducted to detect Notch 1 and Notch 2. Results The level of Notch 1 and Notch 2 of the patient group was significantly elevated in comparison to the control group of healthy people (P〈0.05). Conclusion The level of Notch receptors increased significantly in patients of chronic hepatitis C, and it is positively correlated with the level of transaminase, indicating a strong correlation between Notch receptors and chronic hepatitis C.
