摘  要:目的研究药用植物金荞麦的抗菌活性内生真菌。方法采用PDA培养基,从金荞麦的块根、茎、叶中分离到20株内生真菌,鉴定其抗菌活性,并对抗菌活性菌株进行形态学特征和分子鉴定。结果发现其中1株内生真菌FD12对金黄色葡萄球菌有抗菌活性,但对大肠杆菌、黑曲霉无抑制作用;经形态学特征和分子鉴定,确定菌株FD12为黑肉座菌Hypocrea nigricans。结论文中结果可为保护金荞麦野生资源,寻找和开发新型抑菌生物制剂开辟了一条新途径。OBJECTIVE To investigate the endophytic fungi with antimicrobial activity from medicinal plants Fagopyrum dibotrys. METHODS 20 different fungi strains were isolated from the root, the stem and the leaf samples of F. dibotrys by using PDA culture medium. The antimicrobial activity was investigated, and then the morphological and molecular identification of the representative endo- phytic fungi was studied. RESULTS One endophytic fungi FD12 had antibiotic activity to Staphylococcus aureus, but no antibiotic activity to Escherichia coli and Aspergillus niger. By using morphological and molecular identification, strain FD12 was identified as Hypocrea nigricans. CONCLUSION The research opens up a new way for effectively protecting F. dibotrys wild resources, finding and developing a novel antimicrobial agent.
