摘　　要：介绍徐珊教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临证经验。溃疡性结肠炎的发生多与先天禀赋不足、外感时邪、饮食不节(洁)、情志内伤有关,脾虚失运、肠失传导是主要病机,肝郁、湿热是主要致病因素。久病多伤阴致瘀,提出健脾助运是根本、疏肝理气辅其治、清热化湿贯其中、养阴化瘀莫放松的治疗方法 ,临床遣方用药当以和法取效。This paper introduces professor XU Shan＇ s clinical experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Ulcerative colitis occurs with congenital deficiencies,exogenous evil,improper diet,and internal injuries caused by emotions. Dysfunction of the spleen in transportation,and failure of intestinal in transmission are the main pathological mechanism. Liver depression and dampness-heat are the main pathogenic factors. Chronic illness impairs yin and leads to stasis. Prof. XU puts forward that the treatment should take improving transportation by strengthening spleen as the foundation,soothing the liver and regulating qi as supplementation,clearing heat and removing dampness as a necessary intervention over the disease process,and nourishing yin and dispersing blood stasis as treatment focus. For clinical prescription,harmonization method is considered most effective.
