摘  要:利用有限元软件ANSYS建立白鹤滩水电站导流洞钢模台车的整体有限元简化模型,分别对其空载行走和顶模浇筑两种典型工况进行静力学分析,得到其在两种工况下的整体变形和应力分布结果,并提取门架与底箱梁连接处节点的支座反力。在Pro/E中建立了底箱梁的三维实体模型并将其导入到WORKBENCH中,利用WORKBENCH对其进行加载分析,得到底箱梁的变形和应力分布情况。在此基础上提出了底箱梁设计的改进方案,并对其进行了验证。改进方案与原方案相比减轻了20.2%的质量,节约了成本,且满足施工的强度和刚度要求。The simplified finite element model for analyzing the overall structure of steel trolley used in Baihetan Hydropower Station is established based on ANSYS. The static analyses under no-load running and top mold pouring conditions are conducted by the model and the deformations and stresses are obtained, and the bearing reaction forces of nodes witch connected with the bottom box girder are obtained too. The three-dimensional solid model of bottom box girder is established based on Pro/E and then be imported to WORKBENCH. The WORKBENCH is used to analyze the deformations and stresses of bottom box girder, and then an optimal proposal for the bottom box girder mold design is put forward based on results. The improvement can decrease the weight of mold by 20.2% compared with the original scheme.
