摘  要:高拱坝结构复杂、坝体应力高,混凝土浇筑施工质量倍受重视。材料运输是高拱坝混凝土浇筑施工的关键流程之一,需要采用精细化、智能化技术有效监测与控制,以确保混凝土运输质量受控。研究了高拱坝混凝土运输过程智能控制技术及方案,并将方案运用到某300m级高拱坝施工中进行生产性试验,通过试验验证了混凝土运输过程智能控制技术的可行性,为高拱坝施工混凝土运输过程精细化控制提供了有效技术手段。Because of complex structure and high stress of high arch dam, the quality of concrete pouring is closely concerned. The transport of concrete is one of key process of concrete pouring of high arch dam, which need adopting intelligent and fine technologies to effectively monitor and control the quality of concrete transport. An intelligent control technology for concrete transport of high arch dam and its solutions are studied herein, and an experimental application of this technology in the construction of a 300m-level high dam is carried out. The feasibility of this technology is verified by the experiment. The intelligent control technology provides an effective technical means for the fine control of concrete transport in the construction of high arch dams.
