摘  要:为使向家坝升船机船厢室段393 m高程纵横梁系及平台板施工顺利进行,参考三峡升船机船厢室段施工经验,对预制梁、叠合梁、贝雷架和钢桁架施工方案进行了研究比选。经综合对比分析,决定纵横梁系施工采用外悬式钢桁架方案,顶部现浇平台板采用"预制板+现浇板"的结构型式。按此方案施工,实现了质量、安全生产零事故的"双零"目标。可为类似大跨度梁系及平台板工程施工提供借鉴。For the smooth construction of placement platform and the girder system on 393.0 m elevation of the ship - lift chamber in Xiangjiangba Hydropower Station, on the basis of the experiences of Three Gorges ship - lift project, we compared several construction solutions, namely precast girder, composite beam, Bailey truss and steel truss. Though the comprehensive comparison and analysis, the solution of outward - cantilever steel truss is adopted for the construction of girder system, and the solution of precast slab plus pouring slab is selected for the placement platform construction. The construction practice shows that the proposed method accomplishes the construction goals of quality and safety, and has the advantages of safety, low construction difficulty, short construction period and less cost.
