摘  要:为了使连续管钻机注入头链条和夹持块平稳进入推板,防止夹持块咬管等问题,开展了注入头夹紧系统的载荷均布设计。通过建立注入头驱动系统和夹持系统的相关力学模型进行计算分析,得到半圆形夹持块具有最优异的综合力学性能。采用单因素分析法,分别对半圆形夹持块的径向间隙、夹持块曲率半径、夹持块倒角曲率半径、夹持块环槽数、环槽宽度、环槽倒角曲率半径等参数进行优化设计,获得注入头具有较好的驱动性能和夹持性能的主要结构参数。形成的注入头夹持块几何尺寸设计方法可用于指导ZR5803型注入头的设计。To make injection head chains and grip block of coiled tubing enter the pusher plate steadily and prevent the tubing from being stuck by grip block, design was conducted to ensure even distribution of loads on the injection head grip system of coiled tubing drilling rig. Design and calculation of relevant mechanical models for driving system and grip system of coiled tubing injection head show that the semi-circular grip block has the most desirable overall mechanical properties. Through single-factor analyses, optimized design was made for radial clear- ance, grip block radius of curvature, grip block ring chamfering radius of curvature and tip chamfering radius of curvature, grooves on grip block, width of the groove, groove chamfering radius of curvature and other key param- eters of the semi-circular grip block, in order to determine major structural parameters required to obtain favorable driving and gripping performances of the injection head. The resulting design method for injection head grip block can provide guidance for design of Model ZR5803 injection head.
