摘  要:针对连续管对流动参数比较敏感、对喷嘴寿命要求高的问题,提出了喷嘴磨损极限的评价准则与现场监控方法。基于选取的推荐参数范围,建立了连续管喷砂射孔喷嘴磨损极限的评价准则,在设计工况下,当喷嘴射流速度因磨损降低至180 m/s时,视为达到该工况的磨损极限;利用简化的水力学模型,将复杂的水力学计算简化为对清水摩阻和喷嘴理论压降的计算,建立了能反映喷嘴磨损参数的定量关系;给出了在现场施工中,利用泵压变化预测和监控喷嘴磨损程度的方法。Considering that the coiled tubing is sensitive to flow parameters and has high requirements for noz- zle service life, this paper put forwards evaluation criteria and site monitoring method for nozzle wear limit. The e- valuation criteria for wear limit of coiled tubing abrasive perforating nozzle is established based on selected parame- ter range. Under designed working condition, the nozzle will be deemed to reach the wear limit when nozzle jet flow rate falls to 180 m/s due to wear; complex hydraulic calculation is simplified into calculation of clear water friction and theoretic nozzle pressure drop by means of simplified hydraulics model to establish a quantitative relation indi- cating nozzle wear parameters. This paper also proposes a method to predict and monitor nozzle wear by using pump pressure change in the site construction.
