水平井化学剂注入工艺管柱研制与现场试验

摘　　要：为解决水平井中化学剂分层段注入问题,研制了水平井化学剂定点注入工艺管柱。该工艺管柱一趟管柱可实现多个层段作业,理论上层段不受限制,具有可重复作业,可任选某一层段作业及反洗井功能。研制了可洗井注入封隔器和注入阀等配套工具。现场试验结果表明,注入阀能力达到480 m3/d,封隔器坐封、解封容易,可重复坐封、解封,封隔器验封合格,实现了对目标层的定点注入,进行了不动管柱反洗,洗井通畅,管柱的起下作业顺利。注入过程压力没有明显上升,压力和排量均符合设计要求,工艺管柱基本能满足水平井化学剂定点注入的需求。For layered injection of chemical agents in horizontal wells, the fixed-point injection string, well flushing injection packer, injection valve and other supporting tools are developed. This paper describes structure, technical parameters, working principle and technical features of the string as well as working principle and techni- cal features of main tools. Field test results show that, the injection valve can reach the capacity of 480 m3/d ; the packer can be easily and repeatedly set down and unset; the packer is qualified and can realize fixed-point injec- tion into target layer, immovable string baekflushing and smooth string roundtrip. Injection process pressure has no significant increase, pressure and displacement comply with design requirements and the string can basically meet fixed-point injection requirements of chemical agents for horizontal wells.
