摘 要:为适应油气井的防爆要求,提高液氮泵橇作业时的安全性,设计了180K热回收式液氮泵橇热交换系统。设计中,采用回收设备运行过程中的废热作为热源将极冷的液氮在蒸发器内转变为可使用的气氮,分析了可利用废热的来源,确定了热交换系统的方案,通过对系统进行热计算,确定了关键部件的选型参数,完成了180K热回收式液氮泵橇样机的研制,并对样机进行了热交换系统试验,验证了热交换系统设计及理论计算的合理性。试验结果同时表明,监测的温度数据均能稳定在正常范围,说明该热交换系统能够正常工作且具有较高的稳定性。研究内容为热回收式液氮泵设备的系列化研发奠定了技术基础。To meet explosion protection requirements of oil & gas wells, and to enhance operation safety of liquid nitrogen pump skid, 180K heat-exchanging system with heat-recovery type liquid nitrogen pump skid has been designed. According to the design, waste heat generated during operation of recovery facilities may serve as the heat source to transform extremely cold liquid nitrogen into usable gas nitrogen within the evaporator. With con- sideration to sources of available waste heat, the design scheme of the heat-exchanging system is formula- ted. Through heat calculation for the system, parameters for key elements are determined. Prototype of the 180 K heat-recovery type liquid nitrogen pump skid has been made and tests have been performed over the heat-exchan- ging system, the design and theoretical calculation for the heat-exchanging system was proved to be accurate. The results show that all temperature data monitored can be maintained within normal range, proving that the heat-ex- changing system can perform properly with high stability.
