云南昭通三种天麻镇痛抗炎作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较云南昭通地区三种天麻变型的镇痛、抗炎作用,为昭通地区天麻的选种种植提供科学依据。方法采用热板法和扭体法评价昭通地区三种天麻变型乙醇提取物的镇痛作用;应用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法评价三种天麻变型提取物的抗炎作用。结果乌天麻、黄天麻、绿天麻乙醇提取物腹腔注射给药后均能提高热板法致痛小鼠的痛阈值,并能减少冰醋酸致小鼠扭体的次数,其作用呈剂量依赖性关系。乌天麻、黄天麻高剂量对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀模型有抑制作用。结论在云南三种天麻变型中乌天麻和黄天麻有显著的镇痛、抗炎作用。Objective To compare the effect of Yunnan Zhaotong three kinds of Gastrodia elata on Analgesic and anti - inflamma- tory in mice. The purpose is to provide the scientific direction for selective planting of C, astrodia elata. Methods The analgesic effect of the ethanol extract of three kinds of Gastrodia elata was evaluated by hot plate and writhing method. And the anti - in- flammatory effect of the ethanol extract was examined by Xylene - induced ear - swelling in mice. Results The ethanol extract of three kinds of Gastrodia elata all can improve the pain threshold of mice, and reduce the number of writhing. Moreover, the high dose of dark and yellow C.astrodia elata can inhibit the swelling degree of mice ears. Conclusion Dark and yellow Gastrodia elata have significant functions in analgesic and anti - inflammatory.
