摘  要:目的筛选益智仁镇静催眠作用的活性部位。方法利用自主活动仪、延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间和戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量,观察高、低剂量益智仁水提取物、醇提取物和不同极性部位(80、240mg/kg)对小鼠的自主活动、入睡率、入睡潜伏期与持续睡眠时间的影响。结果益智仁醇提取物正丁醇层高、低剂量,醇提取物高剂量,水提取物高剂量均能显著抑制小鼠自主活动次数(P<0.05);益智仁醇提取物氯仿层高剂量,正丁醇层高剂量,醇提取物高、低剂量,水提取物高剂量均能显著减少小鼠自主活动时间(P<0.01);益智仁醇提取物正丁醇层高剂量组和水提取物高剂量组与空白组比较,均可显著增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠引起的小鼠入睡率(P<0.01);益智仁醇提取物氯仿层高剂量,正丁醇层高、低剂量,醇提取物高、低剂量、水提取物高剂量可显著延长戊巴比妥钠阈上剂量的小鼠睡眠维持时间(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论益智仁醇提取物氯仿层、正丁醇层和水提取物是益智仁的镇静催眠活性部位。Objective To screen the sedation - hypnotic active fraction of Alpinia oxyphylla. Methods By injecting subthreshold dose and suprathreshold dose of pentobarbital sodium, comparing effective of A. oxyphylla extract and different polar parts on the spontaneous activity, the sleep rates , the sleep latency and duration of sleep in model mice. Results The high , low dose of se- men A. oxyphylla n - butanol extract , high dose of semen A. oxyphyUa alcohol extract and water extract can restrain the number of activities ( P 〈 0.05 ) , high dose of semen A. oxyphylla chloroform extract , high dose of semen A. oxyphyUa n - butanol ex- tract , high , low dose of semen A. oxyphylla alcohol extract and high , low dose water extract can shorten the time of the sponta- neous activity of mice ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; The high dose of semen A. oxyphylla n - butanol extract and high dose of semen A. oxyphylla water extract can make sleep model mice was significantly increased( P 〈 0.01 ) ;high, low dose of semen A. oxyphyUa chloroform extract, high,low dose of A. oxyphylla n - butanol extract and high,low dose alcohol extract and high dose water extract of semen A. oxyphylla can make the time to sleep in mice model was significantly prolonged ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion A. oxyphylla chloroform , n - butanol and the water extract are A. oxyphylla sedative and hypnotic active site.
