摘 要:目的考察柴胡茶剂中皂苷成分的溶出量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定柴胡茶剂中皂苷a、b2、b1的溶出行为。色谱条件为:Wonda Sil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(53∶47);流速:1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长:254,210 nm。结果柴胡皂苷b2和a的溶出量差别不大,但是远高于柴胡皂苷b1的溶出量。柴胡皂苷a、b1、b2温浸4次后的总溶出率分别为48.8%、52.0%、52.5%。结论为柴胡相关茶剂的合理使用提供依据。Objective To study the solvent extraction behavior of saikosaponins in saiko tea. Methods An HPLC method was em- ployed to determine the content of saikosaponin a, b1 , b2 in the water extracted solution of saiko tea. And methanol -water (53: 47) was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · rain-1. The detection wavelengths was set at 210 and 254nm. Re- suits Both the contents of saikosaponin a and b2 were far higher than that of saikosaponin b1 in the water extracted solution of sai- ko tea. And 48.8% ,52.0% ,52.5% of saikosaponin a,b1 ,b2 were extracted after the saiko tea was extracted four times. Conclu- sion This paper set foundation for the reasonable use of saiko tea.
